AIO City is a global web and mobile service platform providing eCommerce and eService solutions and manages service to its customers. It is a product of Net4Site LLC, USA, and is a registered trademark in the Intellectual Property of the Philippines (IPO).Which services do we offer?
- Service Marketplace - is a user friendly, neighborhood focused, on-demand mobile platform provider that allows consumers to schedule a request for range of personal services using the convenience of their mobile phones.
- Virtual Mall (V-Mall) - is a user friendly, neighborhood focused, on-demand mobile platform provider that allows consumers to purchase quality branded products using the convenience of their mobile phones.

How does AIO City work?

How the Service Marketplace Works
- The User downloads the app from Google PlayStore
- The User registers for them to use the AIOCity network
- The User selects the desired service and their specifics
- The User enters the location where the service is needed (and a drop-off/destination address if it’s a delivery or ride service)
- The User selects an available SP from the list
- The SP accepts request and Tokens will be deducted from their token balance.
- The SP renders the User’s request
- User and SP rates each other

AIO City’s revenue comes from the Service Provider’s token purchase, as each accepted Service Request deducts an Service Provider’s token balance.

Providers are Barangay Constituents who are skilled individuals and went through an application and screening process.

What are tokens
-
Tokens are the primary currency used by Service Providers in AIOCity. Tokens are loaded through the AIOCity Provider App and are deducted every time they accept a Service Request. SP’s cannot book without enough tokens. Tokens are not legal tender and they cannot be used for trade outside of AIOCity. Current equivalence is 1 PHP = 1 Token.

How do I load tokens

There are generally 2 ways on buying Tokens from AIO City. One is through credit or debit cards, where the Service Provider’s card information is filled in the system for purchase.
Another is through PayMaya’s balance. Money is loaded in an Service Provider’s PayMaya balance via payment centers, and the PayMaya’s credentials will be filled in the system for purchase.

The Service Marketplace will not charge Users any fees for their use of this feature. Any transactions between a User and a Service Provider is within their agreement.
